Provides consistent, repeatable, foolproof clamp tension for increased safety and reduced liability.  Set once for a particular width and application and when the same force is reached on successive clamps, a pin pops out to prevent over-tightening.  Fits C00169 and C00269 only.  Adjustable for all band and buckle and 1/4" to 3/4" BAND-IT Jr.® Clamps.
